The breakfast works well for my family, and the team is always warm and ready to help. We’ve also been given room upgrades at no extra cost more than once. The rates are good, too. This is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in, though I’d still like to see the issues addressed.

I left and had to find another hotel as soon as I could. The rooms were dirty, towels weren’t changed, and the elevator stopped a couple of times. I also found it unsettling that one room card could open every room. When we went to meet our friends in their room, staff began harassing us. The reception staff were especially rude and toxic, and the rest of the staff were rude too. It’s expensive, and as someone who travels around the world, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Worst hotel I’ve been in.
