We spent two nights here and it felt so good, especially with everything being spotlessly clean. We learned it's a new hotel, and the rooms are spacious as well as clean. We didn't book breakfast, but the owner said it was good, and I'm sure it was. The owners were genuinely friendly and kind. The location is excellent and the price quite reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Side.

We booked breakfast, but since it wasn't peak season when we visited, the choices were limited. Everything we did try was delicious. The place is very clean and peaceful, within walking distance of the beach and town center. I'd definitely recommend it for the friendly service.

The bathroom was roomy, and the room itself had plenty of space to move around. We stayed four nights and were happy with everything. Breakfast came as a prepared plate rather than a buffet, but it was filling and more than enough. A special thanks to Ms. Elif. Cleanliness-conscious guests should feel comfortable here.

The location and the building are fantastic, and the rooms and facilities feel genuinely five-star. It was worth every penny.
