Novum Garden Side - All Inclusive

My daughter, her partner, their three-year-old, and her partner’s dad stayed for ten days all-inclusive. Starting on day two and continuing every day, they had terrible sickness, diarrhoea, and vomiting from the beginning of the trip to the end. A local doctor also confirmed it was food poisoning. I’d advise people to stay well clear and take their chances elsewhere. The hotel was full of Germans, and some of them were ill too. Staff were rude and unhelpful. As for Jet2, they did absolutely nothing about it, and they obviously like sending people to this awful hotel.

The food had a great range and quality, with tasty meat, seafood, and chicken available. The gala night was spectacular, one of the best hotel parties I’ve been to. Staff were kind and always greeted us smiling. Marziyeh from guest relations was especially helpful, and Hussein from the animation team kept things fun, even if he couldn’t beat us at beach volleyball. Bar service could be better. Muhammad at the beach bar was excellent, but some other bartenders didn’t reach the same standard. Desserts looked like works of art, while the cocktails seemed basic by comparison. Still, we were very pleased with our stay and grateful for the hospitality.

Guest relations helped me sort out any problems, including getting my case back after I left it in the hotel room so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Special thanks to pakize, who really looked after us. The rooms were great, with lovely views of the four pools, and the whole place was clean and well cared for. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time, and I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend the hotel. We stayed eight nights, from July 27 to August 4. It was spotless, and the staff were cheerful and very helpful. We only saw a handful of other English guests, and although we didn’t know before arriving that it was German owned and run, neither thing bothered us. There were around five pools in different sizes, plus newly opened water slides and a splash pad that the kids loved. Food was varied and good quality, with meat, fish, and local dishes changing each day. There was also poolside food from midday to 3pm, including burgers and chips. Unlike some all-inclusive places, the meals here weren’t the same every day.
