The restaurant food was satisfactory, but the choices stayed much the same each day. The accommodation itself was comfortable and kept very clean. I also found the beach and pool bars needed attention: orders were sometimes wrong, and there were cleanliness issues. The beach is stony, which can make it less comfortable.

We had a good stay in early October 2025 and would come back. The grounds are compact, but the wide beach meant we never felt cramped. The main pool is small yet cosy, and the water park was good. The beach and grounds were meticulously kept, with a pleasant sea entrance of pebbles and coarse sand. Inside, the large building felt like a spacious cruise ship, with marble throughout, a grand spiral staircase, and exterior elevators that were great for photos. Our room wasn't big, but it was cosy and cleaned well. The food was tasty and appetizing, though there were no delicacies. I didn't like having staff pour tea and coffee, as it could create long queues. The lounge bar was good, but also had evening lines. The Patisserie served delicious coffee. The spa was good, though the fitness center needed better ventilation.

We stayed from October 11th to 18th, 2025, and I found the trip enjoyable overall for the price and what was included. I've travelled in many ways over the years, from solo backpacking on wild routes to comfortable all-inclusive resorts, so I try to judge each place fairly. The grounds, gardens, public areas, and toilets were very well maintained. The hotel sits among other resorts, with two bazaars nearby for shopping. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are a good idea to avoid hurting your feet. Our room was in the 2001-2018 section, which was noisy: deliveries and kitchen activity could be heard in the morning, and the bar was loud in the evening. There was also a noticeable sewage smell around that part, making it unpleasant to enter. Cleaning seemed mostly limited to bed making and towel changes. We even left a note asking for empty glasses and rubbish to be removed. Staff could communicate in English, though they seemed mainly focused on Russian-speaking guests. Some reception behavior felt unprofessional. I know we're in Turkey and Turkish is the local language, and I know a little of it myself, but speaking negatively about guests in Turkish on the assumption they won't understand is unacceptable at this hotel standard and price. The food was a bit under-seasoned for my taste. There was some repetition, as is common at all-inclusive resorts, but it was acceptable overall. Drinks were good, and the bartenders were friendly and easy to talk to. Both snack bars, by the pool and on the beach, served similar simple but tasty food for a quick bite. When we wanted a change from hotel food, we asked reception to arrange transport to Chiko Restaurant in the middle of a large bazaar. The food there was phenomenal, one of my best meals in Turkey, and very good value. We were there outside the main tourist season, which probably affected the entertainment. There were nightly singing performances, but not much else. The animators did invite guests to water polo, darts, and the evening disco. Have a nice day.

We're still having a wonderful stay. The reception was so warm and welcoming, the food is delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff are always smiling and friendly. The hotel's design and atmosphere add a lot to the experience. There's always something enjoyable going on thanks to the lively entertainment team. Special thanks to the cheerful, energetic animators Şaban, Kubilay, and Merve. They're fantastic, and we'll miss seeing them every day.
