Ahmed, the receptionist, was amazing. They upgraded our room for free and let us check in earlier than the standard time. The room was cleaned daily and was very good. The hotel is clean and quiet, and perfectly located for walking to beautiful places like palaces and museums. Nothing to complain about, just amazing.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything, and their hospitality made the stay special. The hotel has a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated the service and attention to detail. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore the area. We had a wonderful stay. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting and would be happy to return.

The owners were friendly, made time to chat, and offered tips about local attractions and places to visit. They did what they could to make sure the stay was comfortable. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the wifi signal strong. Everything looked to be in very good shape, either new or recently refreshed, and the elevator shines gold like a million dollar 🤩. The hotel is conveniently placed, only five minutes’ walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Breakfast was tasty, and I’d recommend booking with it. Room service came every day. I did find it difficult to set up the air conditioning in my room, and it was a bit noisy at night, but I’m not complaining since I chose not to ask the owners to fix it. Maybe it worked fine in other rooms. I can recommend Erba hotel as a pleasant, peaceful place to stay.

Ahmet made us feel very welcome, checking in often to see if we needed anything. He even arranged a little setup and cake for my friend’s birthday, which was so kind. We spent four nights here and had a wonderful stay. I’d absolutely recommend it.
