We only needed somewhere to sleep before getting back on the road, and Havza felt like a pretty dead town. The room was a good size, but the price was too high for what you get. There was no kettle, water, coffee, or tea, although the staff did offer to make coffee downstairs at reception when we arrived. Staff were friendly, and there was street parking opposite the hotel. Wi-Fi was available but slow. The blinds were see-through, which made privacy an issue with flats across the street. Our toilet seat was broken, and the jacuzzi didn't look properly cleaned. The shower was inside the jacuzzi, so having a separate one would have been better.

Really good value for the price. The rooms were super clean, the hotel felt very new, and the people were lovely and always ready to help. Best hotel in the city, in my opinion.

The price was okay, and my room was clean. The guys at reception were really friendly. They invited me to have cay and were genuinely interested in hearing my story.

This isn't a luxury hotel, and it's not meant for anyone looking for an ultra-luxurious stay. For ordinary travelers, though, it's an ideal place, and we were very happy with our accommodation. A few fellow shopkeepers and I stopped here while driving to Rize, my hometown known for its clean air. I'd recommend it, and I'll stay here again when I'm traveling.

I'm the owner of Giresun Akman Aparts, and I really did stay here for two days in a room with a jacuzzi. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the design. The owner, Hüseyin Bey, and the hotel manager were both very friendly. I'd recommend it to everyone. 👌👍
