At checkout, I saw the cleaning staff leave pillow covers off and set the pillows on a dusty floor where they had swept. You can judge for yourself how hygienic that is. The bathrooms were dirty, and the refrigerators weren't working. Cleaning should be the focus, especially instead of unpleasant replies to people who wrote truthful reviews. They were right about what they said. We had booked a large room, but it had just one small square window, which was useless. They said there were no windows, even though the video they'd sent clearly showed them, so we had to switch rooms. In a small room with more than two people, the sofa is so uncomfortable that I wish patience to whoever has to sleep on it. The thermal pool in those rooms only fits two people. The little Turkish bath downstairs didn't seem to be open. It was a strange, maze-like space that needs organizing. Staff communication needs work. They call people “Abla” (older sister), but it's not clear who they mean. Don't expect the buffet breakfast to fill you up. The hotel seems mostly suited to families with young children and older people.

We were driving back from Istanbul through snow and ice when we found this hotel on Maps because it was nearby. We saw it had agreements with hotels, so we called to check. A young person asked the person in charge, who confirmed they could make a reservation, and we booked. But when we arrived and explained this at reception, the employee said they had no such agreement. We said we'd called and confirmed, but were told the agreement was old and they wouldn't honor our booking. The manager came over and seemed to agree to help, and they took our IDs. Then they said they couldn't give us a room because our last names didn't match. They left us stranded in the snow and ice. If only families can stay, that should be stated in the Maps listing or explained when people call to book. There's no reason to put people in such a difficult position.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Special thanks to receptionist Mr. Mehmet and head waiter Mr. Şaban for looking after us. The water in our in-room pool was very warm and perfectly hygienic. We were very pleased, everything was wonderful, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

The cleanliness throughout was lacking, and both the rooms and shared spaces seemed neglected. The Turkish bath was tiny and unclean, while breakfast offered little variety and was poorly presented. For the price, we didn't feel we got our money's worth. We chose this spa hotel hoping for a relaxing, pleasant break, but it was disappointing and fell well short of what we expected. We'd based our choice on earlier reviews, which is why we wanted to share our experience. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and makes improvements. Anyone planning a visit should keep it in mind.

Breakfast was just olives, cheese, and eggs, and the hotel generally wasn't clean. The elevator was so tiny that an employee had to take the stairs. What they call a Turkish bath is only a small pool, with no steam room at all. We'd booked massages and scrubs, but an elderly woman did the massage in five minutes while foaming us up, saying, “that's what a massage is!” 😅 Such a terrible hotel.
