The road is rough in places and really needs a high-clearance vehicle. I wouldn’t come at night because there’s no lighting. Still, the quiet setting and magnificent view were amazing, and Burahan was friendly and helpful. The fresh produce was good, and the skewered chicken and curry we tried were delicious. We’d expected mıhlama at breakfast, but they didn’t have it.

We only had one night at Paven Bungalow, and wished we had time to stay longer. The owners were friendly and attentive, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was peaceful there, surrounded by nature, and we’d like to return.

The drive there scared me so much my legs went weak 😬 It’s a one-way road, and you’re in trouble if a car comes the other way, so you need to be a good driver. Once we arrived, though, the bungalow was beautiful and spotless, with an amazing view. It felt like we were breathing right among the tea plantations. Breakfast was filling too, and we were very satisfied.

The road is really bad, and getting there is incredibly difficult. But the view and service are excellent. Breakfast is included and made for you when the time comes, so you don’t get food that’s been sitting cold since early morning.

We were very happy with the view and how attentive the owners were during our one night there. The roads felt a bit deserted when we arrived at night, but the trip was definitely worth it.
