The location was convenient, the service attentive, and the Turkish breakfast amazing. My room had a few small defects, but it was clean and comfortable. A great stay.

At checkout, we were told we had to pay the difference up to the regular price, even though we’d agreed on a lower rate for one night because we arrived late. The manager handled this very unprofessionally, and we were treated very poorly. I can’t tell if it was an internal communication mistake or if the owner is a fraud. There were some defects in the room, which we’d overlooked because of the lower price. Be cautious when booking here.

The customer service was really good, and you could ask for anything at any time. The breakfast was nice too. The room was better than I expected, with lots of space for a big group and a really big bathroom with two separate areas. I’d recommend it, especially for larger groups. 10/10.

The cleanliness was top level, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were super friendly too. Thanks for the warm welcome and excellent service, especially Gungoran. I left with only positive impressions.
