Astoria Life Hotel

The pool was very small, the food was very average, and the air conditioning in my room didn't work. Staff were rude and unprofessional. One staff member, Anil, behaved decently, but the rest of the experience was awful. A woman with glasses at reception was especially disrespectful, refused to help me and spoke rudely. If you expect even basic service, avoid this hotel. The staff were incompetent and showed no respect for guests. Don't come here.

The food needs improvement. I only liked the soups and fruit. There are karaoke bars nearby, and the music goes on until 1 a.m., so don't expect a peaceful stay. The shower was hard to use because the pressure was very low and the water swung between boiling hot and ice cold. They blamed many people showering at once, but it stayed that way at different times too. I wanted to use the safe, but its key was missing. I put up a DND sign while I tried to sort it out with reception, but housekeeping went into my room to remove a bed anyway, ignoring the sign.

The air conditioners don't work, the food has no taste, and nothing is good. The waiters are extremely disrespectful, and the staff are so rude I've never seen anything like it. Definitely don't go. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is very close to a private beach, where entry costs only 40 Lira. The owner and his wife cared about everyone and were happy to help with luggage. They even ate breakfast and dinner with the guests. I love this place. Every little detail makes it worth being here.
