Green Mar Hotel

We only came here after one night at another hotel, and I’d happily return. The apartments were clean and nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking the pool. There’s a lounge, bedroom and bathroom, plus a kettle and fridge. The shower had good pressure, and the air con was surprisingly quiet and kept the room cool. It’s central, close to the canal, a short walk from the beach, with bars and shops nearby, a small supermarket just a few doors away, and the dolmus stops right outside. It does get noisy until around 12:30 at night, but that didn’t bother us. The pool was decent and Friends Bar is downstairs.

There are better hotel options for probably a better price. The staff weren’t very friendly, and after we told them there was glass on the floor beside the pool, we went back the next day and it was still there. That’s a big hazard with small children or an elderly mother like mine. Poor service overall.

We booked at the last minute, late at night, and ended up staying three nights. Had a lovely stay with the pool, breakfast and room service.

The staff and family were brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel, can’t wait to visit again soon. Definitely recommend staying here x
