For our four nights in room number 2, the main drawback was that the single beds and the rooms were small. We also weren’t asked whether we wanted the room cleaned, and our towels and trash were never changed. I expect management to offer those services during a four-night stay, even though I’m sure they would have responded if we’d asked. The air conditioning and cleanliness were adequate. The location in İçmeler is good, near the sea and beach clubs; breakfast was decent and the staff were very polite. Apart from that service issue, it’s good value for money.

We only used the room to sleep and got by, but the service could have been more attentive. The breakfast was okay, though limited. Our room was extremely dirty: the floor, inside of the refrigerator and toilet were a disaster, and I ended up cleaning them myself. The sheets were stained and dirty, and the air conditioner was very noisy. The location is nice, with an easy walk to the sea and minibuses to Marmaris center passing very close by. My wife and I stayed four nights. I suspect the positive reviews here may be from the hotel’s previous management.

This is a lovely little family-run hotel with 10 rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor. The management changed this year, and the gentleman running it is very friendly and courteous. I go every October and will be there again this October.

We stayed with breakfast included and found it to be very good value. The room was clean, though some of the other areas could have been cleaner. Staff were very attentive, and it’s a good option for the price.

Room number 3 felt small to me, and we couldn’t get the air conditioning working properly. There were cockroaches in the downstairs sink. Still, for the price it was acceptable, and the staff were friendly.
