Belmaris apartments

The view of the mountains from every apartment was fantastic, and the pool area was a nice place to relax. The apartments were clean and cozy, and the staff were helpful with anything we needed. A super place, the best apartments in Icmeler.

We didn't get a proper night's sleep during our stay. The double bed in room 7 was broken, and the air conditioner did nothing to cool the room my brother and I were in. There was only one unit for us, while another room had two. The dusty curtains also made me break out in pimples. The pool was nice when it was clean, though on some days it was dirty and full of flies. We planned on six days but left on the fifth because we couldn't take it anymore. Room 7 was given to the four of us with just a double bed and a sofa bed. We had brought an inflatable mattress, luckily, but my brother still had to sleep on the floor. Don't go there. About the owner's reply, it seems you're still trying to protect your reputation by taking advantage of an unhappy customer. We expected that sort of attitude from you. You know we stayed one extra day because we came with two other families, and they insisted we put up with your apartment for another day. My username having anything to do with drama is none of your business. Using customers' usernames to make snide comments is ridiculous. And why did you call me "Doctor" and assume I was male? If you don't know someone's gender, don't use gendered terms. I don't know if I've made myself clear. I'm not a doctor, it's just my username, and it really isn't your concern. That kind of reply suits you, still trying to belittle the customer.

We spent 6 nights here with our family. It has a quiet, peaceful, home-like feel, and we could all stay comfortably together. A great place for a family.
