The pools were a highlight, with slides for adults and children, and the resort is close to the ocean. There’s also a little shopping area about a five-minute walk away. We had plenty of things available on site, including shops and entertainment, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The maids cleaned our room nicely and left origami, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was comfortable, with good beds and hot water, though it felt a bit dated. Our shower was broken when we arrived. They fixed it quickly, but it broke again the next day. It seemed they replaced two shower heads after that, which I appreciated. The view was a letdown, since we were looking at a wall. It didn’t matter too much because we weren’t in the room much, but I can see it bothering people who like to spend time in their room. The food was the weak point. There wasn’t much choice, and a lot of it was beige stuff like chips and bread. Breakfast was the same every day, dinner got repetitive too, while lunch was the best meal. Still, it was a pleasant enough hotel, and if you love cats, you’ll be happy here!

Devran made our meals memorable again. When he spotted us coming into the restaurant, he took us to a table and went to prepare our drinks. He remembered what we usually ordered from our June visit, and kept checking that we had what we needed throughout our stay. Even when things were really busy, he greeted us with a big smile and was happy to help. This was my second visit this year, and I had another amazing time with my friends over our 14-day holiday. Thanks, Devran! I’m already looking forward to coming back next year.

The nicest parts of the trip were the sun, the adult pool and the beach. The pools themselves were freezing, though, and the tiles and floor around them were dangerously slippery. In my ten days there, I saw more than 12 people fall and seriously hurt themselves. An older man landed on his elbow, a woman fell on the way to the food and snack area, and a boy slipped just after getting out of the pool. Then a man fell and knocked himself unconscious. The lifeguard, who was sitting in a chair with curled hair, walked over and started prodding him. Seeing little kids walking on the slabs or getting out of the pool made me anxious too. The food was horrendous. We spent most nights eating out, which cost extra and defeated the point of paying for all inclusive. The drinks choice was just as bad. It only included bottom-shelf vodka, brandy, gin, raki and beer. I drink Malibu, but one Malibu and Coke cost me €8. I tried some of the included drinks and none made me even a little tipsy. The only time I felt a bit tipsy was after buying two cocktails for 800 lira, and those weren’t included either. My partner and I paid £1700 for ten all-inclusive nights. For our first holiday together, we were extremely disappointed. We won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place. Definitely don’t pay for all inclusive when the food is disgusting and most of the alcohol costs extra.

Yunus made the busy meal times fun. He helped our family of eight find a table and was brilliant with the kids, joking and playing with them. We’ve just come back from ten nights and all of us loved the stay. There was everything we needed for a relaxing break, plus fun for the kids. I’d recommend it for families with young children.

Outside the resort there’s not much to do, and the area looks pretty rough. The resort itself is lovely during the day, and it’s decent enough if you’re mainly after the experience. The rooms, though, were awful. We found hair and dirt in the bed when we arrived, as well as blood and white-looking stains on the headboards. The lady does a good job with the swans. The family room didn’t match what was advertised. We got one double bed and five singles, instead of two doubles and three singles, with one in a twin room, a couple’s room, and a double plus single. All inclusive didn’t feel very inclusive either: it was beer and wine only unless you paid 10 euros or more for a cocktail. You can walk five minutes down the road and get one for half the price. Even fresh orange juice wasn’t free, and there were no free spirits.
