Morrian Hotel & SPA

They treated us terribly, as if we were homeless, even though we were paying for a room. Breakfast was very bad, there was nothing to eat, and the service was poor. I swear this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend anyone try it.

If you're here to find furniture businesses, the location is good. Beyond that, this place was hell. It's nowhere near a five-star hotel, maybe two at most. The service and quality are extremely low. The indoor pool was the worst I've seen in a hotel. They close the outdoor pool at 16:30 so they can open the awful rooftop restaurant. It had dirty forks and knives, poor quality equipment, a messy area, and bad food. There was no coffee at the restaurant, just a few meat options, maybe five or eight at most, and some chicken and beef. The gym equipment was poor quality, and some of it was broken. The spa, if you can even call it a spa, was small and bad, with ridiculous service and facilities. I didn't try a massage because I didn't want to risk an infection or bad service I'd regret. At least the room I stayed in was big and OK. The staff were so bad and brought my mood down. They didn't know how to behave, smile, or talk, and when I asked them about the hotel, they just said they didn't know. I suppose tourists who've booked here and regretted it know more than they do. Think ten times before booking.

The views from the top are nice, and breakfast is OK. But this location seems mainly suited to people buying furniture, so it doesn't attract much traffic. I think the hotel may be losing money running such a large property, and it seems poorly maintained as a result. My guess is that it was intended for furniture customers staying a couple of days. Don't expect anything extraordinary here.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We booked more than 10 rooms for a big family event, and I had the worst hotel experience I've had. It's not cheap and isn't worth the money. Rooms weren't cleaned every day; when housekeeping did come, they only seemed to check whether you'd left money, and otherwise they left. There was hair and dust all over the floor, so I asked them to mop. When the housekeeper arrived, she asked whether I'd complained about them and why. My diamond ring was stolen, and nobody even apologized. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional, and their impudent attitude made everything worse. Checkout was at 12, but we were all waiting in the lobby with our bags ready, and it took them more than an hour to bring our luggage down. They switch off the lights and air conditioning in the hallways. Each time I went back to my room, I had to get a new card because they seem to have problems with the doors. Sezar was one of the rudest staff members. Turgut was the only one who helped, when he was around. When you call for something, they ignore you, but they come every day to fill the minibar even if you ask them not to. The only positive thing was the irons they provide. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in.
