It's peaceful and quiet, with pleasant air that stays cool in summer. Winter gets colder than the city center, though, and natural gas hasn't reached the area yet. Homes with heat pumps are fortunate; elsewhere, someone has to light the radiators or pellet boiler. Getting around without a car can be difficult. Buses are infrequent, and minibuses charge high fares but are reluctant to go out. Shops, markets, and restaurants are a long walk away, so having your own car is best.

The steamed sea bass we ordered was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The place was clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

I wouldn't buy a villa here. This place just isn't really for me.
