The one good thing I can say is that they clean every week. That’s all. The place is disgraceful, expensive, and not worth the price. If you stay here and trust the rooms or the people, you’re starting 10-0 behind. In winter, running the air conditioning can send your electricity bill through the roof, and you may be kept awake day and night by someone you don’t know. When rent is due, you might hear “pay your rent” every hour. If friends come to visit, you have to extend their T&Cs every time. The stoves are terrible, so you can’t cook properly, and storing food is hard because the freezer section in the tiny fridge turns to ice and snow covers everything quickly. There are plenty of other problems I can’t even list. Don’t come, and don’t bring anyone.

The location is convenient, with everything within easy reach.

I stayed there for a year and was very satisfied. The manager is kind and helpful, and it may be the cleanest dormitory in Iskenderun.

The staff were excellent in how they treated me, and the service was good. I recommend it.
