What keeps me coming back to Zerde Cafe is the atmosphere. I love it here, the staff are generally helpful, and I enjoy the place. That's why I'm writing this, and I hope management takes it to heart. The problem is the orders. They're delayed, forgotten, or missing items almost every time I visit, even though I've been coming here for years. Customers shouldn't have to keep reminding the staff about their orders. This isn't a rare slip, it's an ongoing issue that really needs better order tracking. I keep choosing this cafe because I like it, but that loyalty shouldn't be put under this kind of strain. I hope this beloved place gets the service it deserves.

The prices are very reasonable compared with the west, and it's a good place to visit with family. Walking in brings a feeling of peace, which is a stroke of luck for İslahiye, where so much negativity prevails.

Even with the place so busy, the waiters stayed cheerful and never frowned. Their friendly manner and sincere, pleasant conversations made me very happy. Gülbahar Hanım was especially warm and heartfelt. The food and desserts tasted even better with those smiling faces around. Thanks so much for all your hard work.
