The staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. I found the place online for a family trip and was very happy with it. It was easy to walk to the city center, and the price was reasonable. Best of all, the room was so clean I didn't need to dust at all, unlike at most hotels. I could relax there comfortably.

The room was bright, and the hotel is close to the city center. It was very clean and warm, and the staff were polite and happy to help. There were a few clothes hangers missing in the room and toilet.

The biggest problem was getting any sleep. Around 6:30 am, banging and things crashing started upstairs or nearby, probably the staff working. It went on until we left, and some bangs were so strong the beds shook. We're from an earthquake zone and are used to tremors, but this was still impossible to sleep through. We came after a long journey hoping to rest, and my children couldn't shower either, because the water heater hoses sprayed water everywhere when plugged in, including toward the heater. That felt dangerous. There wasn't hot water from the sink tap, and the bathroom had no hairdryer, though reception could provide one. Our room also had no kitchen, which wasn't a big issue for us, but some rooms don't have one. The location was great, the receptionist was fantastic and knew their job, and the room and soft sheets were clean and nice. The hotel itself could have been magnificent, but that didn't mean much when we couldn't sleep.

We spent two nights here and were happy with the stay. The only thing that cost it a star was the kitchen setup: no built-in hob, and the electric one cooks pretty slowly. If that gets sorted, everything else was fine. Thanks.
