The rooms were fairly clean and had what I needed. The service was really friendly too. A very nice young man helped me call and put together a list of attractions, though I’m worried I got his name wrong. There was a lasting cigarette smell in the rooms, which could be an issue for non-smokers. It was also somewhat noisy, with music from a nightclub audible from the street.

I tried calling to book and spoke Turkish, but they hung up on me. Who does that to a customer? It felt rude and unprofessional. I called back but couldn’t get through. A terrible first impression. The staff need some manners and courtesy. Good luck to this hotel.

For a short visit to Isparta, if you don’t need a five-star room, this is an affordable option right in the city center. The staff are great and friendly, especially Mahmut and Taner, if they’re still there.

The location is good and the prices are contained, but the place was dirty. There was cum on the wall beside the bed, and the walls in general need cleaning and repainting. The bathroom was clean, though there were some woman hairs on the floor and in the soap holder. The red stairs on the ground floor were extremely dusty and dirty.
