The breakfast was excellent, and there’s a restaurant across the street with great food and drinks. Most of the staff spoke English, so communication was easy. We found the team very nice and professional, and the main attractions were all within walking distance. I had a really pleasant stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk from Sultanahmet. Reception were helpful and kind, and the room was clean. On the first day you get two bottles of water. The Turkish-style breakfast was mostly savory dishes. Some of the furniture is a bit old, so it could use attention.

The staff went out of their way to help us, especially when the receptionist contacted our airport transfer company and spoke with them directly. They also let us leave our bags in the lobby before check-in and, subject to availability, checked us in an hour early. We stayed four days and three nights last week, and everything from the service and breakfast to the room felt beyond perfect. It was luxurious but still comfortable for me, my parents, and my grandmother. The hotel is a short walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the tram. We’ll definitely choose Acra Hotel again when we return to Istanbul. Highly recommended!
