The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They did a great job cleaning the room every day. Breakfast was good, and the metro station was very close, which made the location convenient. It was somewhat noisy on the busy street, and the rooms are a bit small.

Breakfast was a pleasure thanks to Fuat and Şenol in the restaurant, whose service was so friendly. At the front desk, everyone was exceptionally kind and efficient during check-in. Manager Vahded ran a very welcoming team, including Ramazan & mohammed. The hotel was spotless, well organized, and in a perfect location, and the staff were very professional. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone after comfort and great service!

The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast hall was beautiful. When we left, they gave us a souvenir, a thoughtful touch. We stayed one day while visiting Istanbul for a concert at Volkswagen Arena. The hotel felt cozy and authentic, and Osmanbey metro was only 3 minutes away. We arrived at 12:30 and were checked in straight away, with an upgrade to a Deluxe room. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and one employee even showed us to our room. We really liked it. Highly recommend!!!

Mr. Burak and Mr. Ramazan were especially friendly and helpful, and made my stay pleasant. The hotel is clean and well placed near the train station, restaurants, and shopping malls. The staff overall are kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Osmanbey, Istanbul 😊.
