The smell was unbearable, a mix of cigars and garbage, and the air was impossible to breathe. After we were moved from a room with a broken front door that wouldn't close properly and a shower that didn't work, they put us in a smoking room even though we'd said we don't smoke. The sheets had cigar holes, the wallpaper was stained and torn, the bathroom was filthy, and the furniture was badly damaged, including a broken table in front of the bed. The so-called balcony was unsafe, and someone could easily have a terrible accident stepping onto it. The bathroom was also very noisy, with water leaking from above most of the time. We asked for a decent room and were promised one the next day, but that never happened. They said the hotel was full and couldn't move us again, though we knew the room next door was free. When we asked for a refund, they pretended they suddenly couldn't speak English. The “manager” didn't speak English either. The cleaning guy helped us communicate, then told us we could sleep in the car if we didn't like the room. Rooms were only “cleaned” after checkout. The hotel was filthy, the beds uncomfortable, and the rooms had no soundproofing. Staff were rude and lazy. I had to pay before seeing the room because the girl at reception tricked me. The photos we attached speak for themselves. The good reviews are fake, in my view, and all the guests at the hotel were unhappy and asking for refunds. I don't know how it got such a decent rating when the place looks like a dump and guests are treated this way.

I spent seven days here and had a great stay. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and I recommend it ❤️ A big thank you to TOUCHA at the hotel's concierge desk. She kindly offered me tea on the house and took time to chat, so I never felt alone during my stay. Her warmth and hospitality made the experience special.

We didn't end up sleeping at the hotel, but lost the full amount we paid for 10 days. We wanted our money back because the room was very dirty and nothing like the pictures. One of the guys started shouting at us, then hit one of the women who was arguing with him about the refund. He also hit the woman who was taking photos and videos, and forced us to delete them. The bedding was filthy, the pillows were different sizes, uncovered, and smelled bad. The towels were dirty and smelled awful too. The rooms were in terrible shape, and there wasn't even a phone to call reception for cleaning or anything else. A few years ago this hotel was rated five stars, then it dropped to four because of poor treatment and rooms not being cleaned. In my opinion, it shouldn't be rated above two or three stars, if even one.

The room was fairly spacious and clean, with hot water and good pressure. Reception was friendly, open 24 hours, and they looked after my luggage even though there wasn't a dedicated storage area. There was a lingering smell of smoke in the room, though, and the lift opens right onto the stairs, which feels like a safety hazard.
