The prices are reasonable for the location, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff are kind and helpful, especially the Yemeni Guy and Omar. A great hotel in every way.

BEYBÛN hotel was a good value, though you shouldn’t expect anything luxurious. The room was clean, but the bathroom and toilet felt a bit old. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the WiFi worked almost all the time. Weekend evenings were quite loud.

Melih, the owner, is a wonderful host who treats every guest like family. The team were attentive, friendly, and hospitable, and I was very happy with how clean everything was. The location was great too. I personally recommend this home away from home!

The manager charged me for three extra nights I didn’t stay, even though we’d agreed I’d only pay for one night after I left when I saw how bad the place was. It was an awful end to an already terrible stay. The hotel is old and run-down, with no proper maintenance for years. The rooms were filthy and smelled disgusting, with constant humidity and no sunlight. The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on, and the paper-thin walls let in every noise from the neighbors, making it impossible to rest. The shower setup was bizarre and barely usable, and there’s no lift, which is a pain with luggage. This was the dirtiest, most unprofessional, and worst-managed hotel I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the nightmare and stay away.
