Grand Tower Hotel

Room 503 had what seemed like an electrical problem. Its light flickered all night, even when switched off. I also took a tour the hotel recommended, and it wasn't great. Still, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very good, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was the best part, and overall the hotel is quite good and worth it.

They had agreed that I could check out early with one day's notice, but when I tried, management denied the agreement and wouldn't offer a refund or compensation. That felt seriously unprofessional and dishonest. The room was also cold and uncomfortable because the air conditioning was broken. Noise came constantly through the thin walls from the corridor and other rooms, making a good night's sleep nearly impossible. It was dusty and unkempt, and the bathroom was especially unpleasant, with a strong, lingering toilet-area smell that made me feel nauseous. Based on this experience, I'd think twice before staying here. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were poor.
