Arena Apart Otel

The rooms are practical, and I was very happy with my three-day business stay. The staff were friendly and took care of the extra things I needed.

This was the most embarrassing apartment I've ever stayed in. We paid 1900 TL cash for half a day, and when we asked to extend, they wanted another 2000 TL. They also charge a 20% commission for cash or card payments. The staff's behavior and conversations felt like a scam. We had recommended the place to friends, and while we were talking after they arrived, an employee banged on the door. He spoke very unpleasantly, said we were too noisy and everyone was complaining, and threatened to call the police. He shouted about the payment, saying, "Don't bring me here again, pay up!" My boyfriend was with us, and because we had guests, he agreed and handed over 2000 TL in cash before closing the door. People come to relax and have fun. This is an apartment, not a 5-star hotel, so get soundproofing done. You were incredibly rude. I'm going to complain everywhere and have an investigation opened against you.

Arena Apart Hotel has clean, tidy rooms that are well maintained, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Its central location also makes it easy to get around. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants a clean, safe, comfortable stay with good service.

I had a very enjoyable three-night stay in a room with a jacuzzi. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and public transport is just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to the staff for being so attentive, especially Mr. Emre, Mr. Burak, Ms. Özlem and Ms. Neslihan. Hope to see you again soon. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
