They even upgraded one of our rooms to a deluxe room at no extra charge so we could stay near our parents. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to handle anything we asked for. Our rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. It was a pleasure staying here, and I’m sure I’ll come back. Highly recommend.

We realized after checking out that we’d left valuable items in the room safe. Mr. Abdul Qader at reception checked right away, confirmed they were secure, and reassured us with real professionalism. That honesty and integrity meant a lot, and it’s rare to see. We had a wonderful stay at Istanroom Hotel, with great service from the staff. A hotel I’d trust and highly recommend.

The metro is an easy walk away, and the rooms are good for the price. The service felt like what you’d expect at a five-star hotel. Special thanks to delara and kadir for being so welcoming and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
