Aslan Residence

The room had loud air-conditioning equipment behind it running 24/7, which made sleeping at night almost impossible. They had promised cleaning every three days, but nobody came even once during my 17-night stay. I booked the apartment for 17 nights, and what I received looked nothing like the photos and description. Instead of a bright apartment with a Taksim view, I got a dark unit with no windows or natural light. When I asked to switch apartments or get a refund, they rudely told me, “This is what you get, we won’t give your money back. If you are so rich, go book somewhere else.” The staff were extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and impolite. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Don’t be misled by the fake photos and false promises.
