It wasn’t bad, but the service was lacking and it could’ve been cleaner.

Coffee was missing at breakfast on some days, with no explanation, and the reception staff barely spoke English. The cleaning was also very poor: the floor was never cleaned, just the towels changed and the recycling bin emptied. On our first day, 100 euros disappeared from the drawer, and the next day a 5-liter water jug was gone. After I tried to look into it, the cleaner left our room window open. It was about 10°C outside that evening, so the room got very cold.

The staff were very friendly and respectful, and the rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bed linen daily. Breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean. Public transport is close by. Ask reception about the red card for Istanbul.

The rooms are clean and new, though a bit small, and breakfast is included. Prices for rooms felt pretty normal, neither especially high nor low, and things nearby cost less than in other areas. There are plenty of supermarkets close by, plus KFC and McDonald’s. The hotel is about five minutes from the Ynikpe M1A, M1B, and M2 metro station. It's a good place to try when visiting Istanbul, and I’d consider it again if I return.
