Avcilar Park Otel

The worst hotel you could possibly stay at. The worst hotel in Turkey. The owner and employees seem to care only about money. There was no service, nothing.

The place wasn't clean. It looked like the bed sheets hadn't been washed.

Good.

We only stayed because we didn't want to freeze outside, and the place looked nothing like the pictures. The sheets and towels were clean, but the bed was dirty, sofas had broken legs, and there were insects all over the kitchen. At 3 AM, they suddenly seemed to be everywhere, on walls, ceilings, tables, just everywhere. I was disgusted. They should inspect the place right away, because it didn't feel healthy. For that price, they could at least buy some insecticide at the pharmacy for 150-200 TL and use it. The prices seem to be set however they want, and what we paid was ridiculous. The toilet and bathroom were awful, and the shower stalls were so dirty I couldn't bring myself to shower there. There was no floor attendant. I also noticed they'd propped the cupboard up with an upside-down pot so it wouldn't fall. 🤣🤣 I wish I'd taken a picture. The gas was on full blast, which made it like a sauna, and the location is great. It's a suite style hotel. If they renovated it and put in new furniture, it could be a 10 out of 10, and people could stay and sleep there comfortably, feeling at home. I wouldn't stay there again as it is.
