Semih made a real difference with his warm welcome, helpfulness, and recommendations. He was always ready to assist with anything I needed, and his genuine care for guests reflects well on the hotel. Hotel Perla Galata is well placed for Galata, Karaköy, and many of Istanbul's major attractions. The room was comfortable and the service and hospitality were outstanding. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Teşekkürler, Semih!

Our room was ready before the expected time, and it was clean and cozy. The receptionist was such a kind, polite person and helped us a lot. For what we paid, I don't think we could have found a better hotel. The hospitality was on another level.
