My room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, and housekeeping kept it spotless every day. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind and attentive. Special thanks to the reception team, Khadija in Housekeeping, Concierge KIKI, and the General Manager herself, who made me feel especially welcome. A memorable stay, thank you all.

The food was amazing, and the hotel sits in a nice part of Istanbul close to other places to visit. The rooms were very nice, and the staff kind and polite.

The south-facing balcony caught the winter sun, and the room was nice. Both Boursir hotels had amazing staff, friendly and helpful. It's a clean place with good facilities, including a sauna, hamam, massage, and gym. The gym is small and has limited equipment, but it's enough to spend an hour. I only ate breakfast, which was tasty and well presented, with a good standard. As a base, it's easy to get around from here: shopping centres and Tikram are within walking distance, and the metro is about a five-minute walk away.
