Gamze at reception made the stay feel especially welcoming. She was kind and helpful the whole time, and her warmth made the experience memorable. The room service team also stood out for being polite and professional. I had a wonderful stay at Garden Hotel, and I’d choose it again if I return. Highly recommended.

The room was huge for one person, and having breakfast included was a real treat. There was plenty of choice, and Mrs Nazli looked after my dietary needs. When the milk ran out, she even arranged more for my cereal. The cleaners Sultan HkMÙRu and Yasemkn Sedyard were polite and checked that I had enough toiletries, water, and coffee. My Do not disturb sign was respected, too. I found the staff welcoming from the start. Fatih and Gamze at reception were professional, easy to approach, and understood my English, so check-in went smoothly. Samet greeted me with a smile, showed me to reception and then my room, carried my bags, and explained the facilities, including the reception number and the TV remote with Amazon, Netflix, and YouTube. I had 24-hour heating and hot water, and the stay was hassle-free and comfortable. After hair transplant surgery my eyes were swollen, and I needed a cold compress. Mustafa helped me freeze my eye patch bag. Fatih also sorted out a new key card after I locked myself out once. Everyone seemed ready to help, which made my stay at this beautiful hotel a wonderful experience. Next time I’m in Turkey, I’ll definitely consider staying here again. ❤️ 😍

Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous buffet, and Lady Nazli was friendly and attentive there. We stayed for a week in room 423, which was spacious, lovely, and very clean, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Lady Sultane provided good service, and we were very satisfied with both the room and the service. We highly recommend the hotel and would come back.

The spa in the basement had the worst hygiene I’ve seen. It smelled bad, was dirty, and had mold. The staff there didn’t speak English and weren’t very friendly. The room hygiene was poor as well, and the mattress sagged in the middle, making for bad sleep on what felt like a low-quality mattress. Access was a bit odd too: I had to leave reception and go through a small side entrance to reach the room. My impression was very neutral.
