Bakirköy Macro Suit Otel

We had a really nice experience. The reception staff were attentive and very friendly, and this is a great place to stay with my family. We’ll definitely come back when we return. Thanks again!

I don't even know where to start. The place was a mess from top to bottom, and way too expensive for what it was. Hygiene and cleanliness were basically nonexistent, things were broken or not working, and there was nobody available to speak with. The location seems to be the one thing they know how to make money from. I just hope I don't get sick. I won't be coming back.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere was a nice part of my few days here on a business trip. Getting to the beach and public transport was easy, too. Most important to me, though, the bathroom and sheets were spotless, and the cleanliness standards were excellent.

We chose the place because of the photos, but it was filthy. The bed edges were dusty, the sofas were dirty and had cigarette burns, the jacuzzi was grimy, and the tea cups were so disgusting I wouldn't touch them. Even the curtain rods were broken and left unrepaired, so we spent hours pushing the curtains back and forth. You couldn't see in from outside, but unfortunately that didn't work. The old air conditioner was missing its top cover, and the broken window screen let wind hit the window all night and kept us awake. The building is old, with no elevator, and after climbing to the fourth floor you're out of breath. If zero were an option, that's what I'd give it.
