Joi Suite Hotel

I like this hotel. It's comfortable and clean.

Absolutely disgusting, with no cleanliness at all. It’s not suitable for families. People seem to come and go at 3:30, 4, 5, or 6 in the morning, and the room has already been used before you. Who knows how many times it'll be used again. Don’t book without seeing it first. It’s only a little better than a prison quarantine ward.

Absolutely awful. The reception staff are terrible and need to go. Checkout was at 12, but they came to our door at 9:50. We told them the checkout time and they left, then knocked again at 11:50, hammering like creditors. They should wait until 12:05 or 12:10 to give notice. You’re no better than filth. May my money be cursed and wasted.

It was awful, plain and simple. The room was still dirty, with cigarette ash on the floor, grime in the toilet, and four bugs crawling on the wall. Noise went on in the corridor all night, and the cleaners were working at that hour.
