BayMari Suites City Life Hotel

I wasn’t expecting much, but the place turned out to be over 7 stars. It was very clean and felt like a home from home. The staff gave me directions for getting around and even helped charge my phone when my cable wouldn’t fit. Their customer service was really good. Thank you so much, this will be my main hotel when I next come to Istanbul.

It was our first visit to Istanbul, and the welcome we got was lovely, all smiles. The place was clean, spacious, convenient, and equipped just like the pictures. It really felt like a home from home. The staff helped us figure out how to get around, and even gave us a gift for Valentine’s Day, which made it special. They did everything they could to make us comfortable throughout our stay. I’d happily stay here again and strongly recommend it. Lydia Fondufe

At BayMary City Life, everything felt clean, well organized, and relaxing, with a good atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff greeted me with real kindness and clearly care about what they do. Service was quick and professional, and they went out of their way to make guests comfortable. I’ll be back and will recommend it to people I know.

The parking area was very small, and the constant beeping from the keypad for the parking and elevators made it hard to relax. Our room was extremely dark even in daylight. There was no daily housekeeping, so guests had to take their own trash to the bins by the elevator. They also charged extra for basic things like towel changes, more laundry detergent, and shampoo after the initial supply. I had a very unpleasant stay and don’t recommend this hotel.
