We spent a week in unit #2. The rooms were comfortable and the location was nice, and the staff were great, especially the night shift/security guy and the reception lady. We did get a sewer smell in the rooms on some days, but it was still a great stay.

The friendly cats in the courtyard added a lot to our time at Plus Florya BayMari. We loved watching them play and lounge in the sun on the grass. We stayed almost four months and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Zain, the property manager, was professional and accommodating, always responding kindly to requests. The grounds and rooms felt safe and were very clean. Orhan and his wife were hardworking, kind, and made us feel welcome. We'd certainly stay again!

BayMary Suites Florya was an excellent place to stay for more than a month. The service was available around the clock, making things comfortable and convenient. Ms. Zain managed the property very professionally, was responsive, and showed real skill in hospitality. Her attention to detail and focus on guest satisfaction stood out. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul who wants comfort, high quality service, and professional management.

Baymari Plus felt like a home away from home during my four months there. The staff were so kind, especially Zain, that I wish I could give the service six stars. I also loved the cats on the property and seeing how kindly guests and staff treated them. I'll always stay here when I visit Istanbul.

The apartment was clean, and those beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the calm, safe pool, where you could stay without anyone bothering you. The location was great too, with floria ataturk ormani and aqua floria mall within walking distance, and the metro station not too far away. Receptionist Zein was lovely and always ready to help. She speaks Arabic, English, and Turkish, which was wonderful. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
