Bentley Hotel Bosphorus - Special Class

Duha was so kind and gave excellent, friendly service. She made me feel welcome for my whole stay. The staff in general were welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The location was amazing, with everything close by. I had a great stay and would definitely come back 💕

The hotel’s smaller size made it feel relaxed and easy to get around, and its location was really convenient: close to Taksim Square, Galata Tower, Dolmabahçe Palace, and the metro. The famous cat park is just a 5-minute walk away, which was a fun extra. Our Junior Suite had a stunning view, and the room itself was beautiful, clean, stylish, and comfortable. What made the stay especially memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and quick to help, especially Ali and Cenk. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d happily come back.

We left without checking in and had to find somewhere else to stay. Even though we never stayed at the hotel, we weren’t offered a refund. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were first told he wasn’t available. After we insisted, we heard he was having lunch and would be contacted. He eventually spoke with us, but came across as dismissive and unhelpful. We’d travelled from the London to Istanbul for our honeymoon, so it was a disappointing welcome. Our room was fully prepaid, but we were asked for another £100 when we arrived, which hadn’t been clearly explained beforehand. The room also looked much smaller than the photos, and despite our request for a sea view, there wasn’t one. We found the surrounding area unappealing, with garages and outdated restaurants, and the street was noisy. The hotel didn’t live up to what its pictures and description had led us to expect. The whole experience felt misleading and extremely disappointing. Be careful.

The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and some rooms have great views. The staff work hard to handle your requests and keep you satisfied from check-in through check-out. The nearest metro is only 2 minutes away, and Taksim is a 15-minute walk. A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Istanbul. Thanks to everyone, I’ll choose it again 🙏
