Ismail deserves a special thank you. He went out of his way to make the visit memorable, and his kindness, professionalism, and care really mattered. The rooms at Biter Hotel were comfortable and clean, close to the main attractions, and the welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home. I highly recommend Biter Hotel to anyone coming to Istanbul. I had a wonderful stay.

We booked two rooms for two nights, but after returning from a walk and settling in, we were shocked by their condition. The sheets were damp and stained, a shoe print was on the wall, and wires were exposed and unsecured. One toilet had feces in it and clearly hadn’t been flushed or cleaned after the previous guests or staff. The toilet tank in the other room didn’t work. We asked to leave and get our payment back, but they refunded only half. We had left our luggage there when we first arrived and gone straight out.

After a full day walking around Istanbul, the roof terrace was a lovely place to rest, with a city view that’s hard to describe. The hotel is very clean and tidy, well located near bus and tram stops. Staff were friendly, smiling, communicative, and ready to help. Breakfast came hot and fresh each morning, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely family stay, and the hotel felt very family-friendly. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. It’s an easy walk to the Unkapanı bus stop, with routes to most of Istanbul’s main tourist spots. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and they kept replenishing it. For the price, it was amazing.

My experience was disappointing. The hotel is inconveniently far from the city center, and the room wasn’t very clean. Even bottled water, a basic amenity, wasn’t provided. The staff also weren’t very welcoming.
