Borancik Suites Hotel

The location was good, but everything else was bad. Fortunately, I only stayed two days. There was no room cleaning or water, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We asked for some changes, but no one listened or seemed to care. I don’t understand why people stay here or how the score got so high. Also, on Booking and other platforms, they present themselves as another hotel with a different name and a nearby location. Bad strategy, and very hopeless marketing.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean, and it had a microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine. The air conditioner and TV worked, and the shower had good pressure and hot water.

Hajar and Nasser gave good customer service, thanks to you both, and good luck with your place. But the owners seem to care about money rather than guest comfort. I stayed ten days without housekeeping or fresh bed sheets and pillows, and everything was old and very used. They never supplied toilet paper. They also poured dish soap into shampoo bottles and shower soap containers. It’s a busy, annoying place, with none of the comfort or essentials you’d expect. I don’t recommend it to anyone. ❌❌❌❌❌

The washing machine is a big plus, along with the friendly staff and strategic location.
