The room was cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable, and nights were quiet. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and I’m grateful to them. Hasan deserves a special thanks for helping us find the auto-cleaner and arrange everything. The staff made us feel so comfortable. I had a wonderful time here and would stay again on another trip to Istanbul.

The food was amazing, and the staff were so kind and gave us wonderful service. The presentation was lovely too. It’s a bit far from the usual tourist spots, though, so it suits you if you want a more traditional Istanbul experience. I was happy with the staff and how everything was presented.

There’s no shuttle bus, the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear babies crying in nearby rooms. Laundry is unreasonably expensive, cleaning wasn’t good, and one of my things went missing. Staff hardly understand English. When I called to report a strong smoke smell in my room, the receptionist hung up on me. Very bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Coming from the UK, I didn’t know Istanbul well, but Yousef and Mohammed were always ready to guide me and help with anything I needed. They were warm and welcoming, as were Yousef and Murat, who made my stay feel much easier while I was there for a hair transplant procedure. Pelin, the manager, was friendly and wanted guests to feel comfortable and supported. Burak, Ugur, and Omer at reception and front of house gave me really good service. The housekeeping and kitchen teams were great assets too, and everyone was very professional. I stayed at Buke bomonti hotel and felt well looked after.
