We were close to lots of useful places: a convenience shop and an alcohol shop were both 50m away, a chemist was nearby, and a major shopping mall was a 15-minute walk. The area is a bit hilly, which is normal for istanbul. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was a good size, very clean, and had everything we needed. It smelled of cigarette smoke, though, so we left a window open, which helped. You could hear the guests next door, but overall it was a quiet location and I’d stay again. We were only there for two nights and asked not to have the room serviced because we just wanted to rest.

I raised my concerns directly with the Hotel Service Office, but didn’t get an effective response. The service overall left me dissatisfied, and the staff didn’t seem as professional or helpful as I expected. My stay fell short because of these service issues. Better customer care and accountability are needed to improve the guest experience.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself was only okay. It felt more like a budget place than anything special, and it wasn’t very clean. Breakfast never changed, so it got a bit boring after day two.

There are plenty of little shops and restaurants nearby, along with a pharmacy, and taxis are easy to find. We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean and serviced every day, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

It’s a nice hotel in a very central area, and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, though. I could hear two middle-aged women talking for pretty much the whole night. Room service took over an hour because I’d only ordered a small amount, but I appreciated the service anyway. Staff were polite, attentive, and helpful, especially when they helped with my luggage.
