Camlica Tower Hotel

Good breakfast, working AC, and helpful staff. A very good hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and had natural light. The sheets and towels were clean and good quality, and the bathroom was roomy with good ventilation. They left water each day and replaced the slippers almost daily. There was also coffee and tea in the room. The staff were welcoming, kind, and flexible, and people spoke politely and made me feel comfortable. Almost everyone spoke English; when someone didn’t, they still managed to understand and help. Breakfast was basic, with cereal, eggs, tea, coffee, cheese, vegetables, greens, fruit, olives, honey, jam, butter, and fresh bread. The kitchen has a nice view. The location is very good, near subway and bus stations, with lots of affordable supermarkets, food spots, bakeries, and cake shops. There’s even a mall, Emaar, and a good view of Çamilica Tower.

We’ll gladly come back and bring friends. The rooms, breakfast, facilities, and service were excellent, and we found things clean and hygienic. The staff and owners, from the reception onward, were genuinely warm and made us feel valued. They shared useful advice and information, and were always ready for a smile and pleasant conversation. Our family loves traveling and exploring new people and places, and we returned to Turkey because we love the country, its people, and culture. Istanbul feels unlike anywhere else, and we feel lucky to have found Çamlıca Tower Hotel. Our needs here were all taken care of. The hotel is in a beautiful part of the Asian side, with easy metro and bus connections to the Bosphorus and major attractions. The largest and newest mall on that side is within walking distance, and there are restaurants, big supermarkets, and shops nearby. Thank you, Çamlıca Tower Hotel!

For two people, I’d suggest the deluxe room. It’s more spacious and better if you need to do some work. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from Bulgurlu metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was nice, with fruit, jam, and other things. The staff were kind and friendly, and the hairdryer was good, with a cool air setting as well as warm air. There were a few issues: something was wrong at check-in, but they fixed it the next day. The rooms are close together, so you may hear people closing doors or talking in their room or in the corridor. The window didn’t close properly, though it also didn’t open very wide.
