The room I ended up with was tiny and extremely dirty. I had booked a deluxe studio, but when I got there the receptionist said it was no longer available and put me in a different room. I felt scammed, especially since other guests seemed to have run into the same thing. They advertise nice rooms, take bookings, then say those rooms aren't available when people arrive. There are similar complaints in the Agoda reviews. The place was filthy, and I also saw reports of vermin and bed bugs. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I hope it closes soon.

The mattress had bedbugs, and the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I got there, the customer service was appalling. The place showed up on Booking as a new hotel, but it didn’t seem new at all. It appeared to me they change the name every few months to wipe away the bad reviews. I tried to get a refund so I could leave, but they came up with every excuse to refuse. I had to deal with Booking directly to get the refund. Don't book here under any circumstances. This felt like the House of Horrors, or the Bedbug Inn. 🏚️🦗😱

The room was tiny and awful, with very dirty sheets and towels, dim lighting, and no facilities. The whole building felt like it might collapse as I walked around. It’s an old, dirty hotel, and the staff were inattentive and impatient. They didn’t know how to speak English at all. I don’t recommend it.

The location is good, but hygiene needs a lot of work if they want better ratings. My room was noisy and unhygienic, with no cleaning and no fresh bedsheet before check-in. The shower head was dirty.

Impossible to stay in. The room was covered in stains and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was mold, dirty bedding, and bugs on the bed.
