Getting around was easy from this well-located hotel, and it’s new and attractive. The staff were helpful, including both receptionists who quickly offered another key when we reported problems. I wanted to like the place, but the repeated cleaning issues made it hard to enjoy our stay. Google Maps also shows the back of the hotel instead of the main entrance, which they should fix. Our first room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I felt nauseous. The second hadn’t been cleaned: full bins, an unmade bed, partly empty water bottles and wet towels. In the third, the ceiling was leaking and so was the shower gel. The bedding wasn’t very clean, there were cup marks beside the sink, and I found crumbs or sugar under a paper cup, so I didn’t want to drink from it. The shower corner had what looked like old mold or dirt that rinsed away with water, making it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned. The smoke detector was covered, which might explain the cigarette smell. Later we also found there was no blanket on the bed, so we had to call for one. Each room had some kind of problem.

The location made our five days here especially enjoyable. Kadiköy’s food and shopping are just steps away, while the hotel itself sits on a quiet residential street where we slept well. The hotel was brand new, with comfortable, very clean and tidy rooms and modern decor. Oktay and Mecit at the front desk were particularly friendly and helpful. They checked in with guests and made sure we had what we needed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price in central Kadiköy.

The lobby staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean. It’s a quiet, nice hotel near Sukru Saracoglu stadium and the market, with parking for cars. Definitely recommended.

The room was really clean, and the employees were very polite. I’m satisfied.
