The manager and front desk staff were kind, helpful, and nice. My room, though, wasn’t cleaned during the five days I stayed, and no one collected the trash. The owner and management should also improve the insulation, especially in the bathroom. There were large gaps between the windows and bathroom walls. Sealing them would help save energy and money on heating and cooling.

The hammam was soothing, and the location was perfect. My room was good, though the bidet didn’t work. The hotel’s hammam is for men only, but the place next door has one just for ladies. I stayed one night before flying back to Michigan, America.

The staff at ATM SUIT OTEL were welcoming and quick to help, and everything in the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The facilities were high quality, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. I had a really pleasant stay, with the service well looked after from start to finish. I’d happily recommend ATM SUIT OTEL and would definitely visit again.

We got in around 10 PM, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. The rooms were spacious and clean. Since our flight was early, the breakfast staff went out of their way to help us. A lovely Syrian woman was making borek by hand, fresh and hot, and it was delicious. You could tell she’d made it with care. Thanks for the lovely hospitality.

Masha Allah, the staff were kind, respectful, and always smiling, and the hotel was beautiful and very clean. My thanks to the owner and hotel management, especially Mr. Argen. I wish you a blessed livelihood.
