The staff really make this place. They go out of their way to look after you, and the rooms are clean with comfy beds. Breakfast has a generous selection of Turkish food, too. I’ve been recommending this hotel to people for the past ten years. Being in Beşiktaş, right in the heart of the city, is probably the best part. Five stars.

The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and the hotel had a quiet, safe, family-friendly feel. The rooms were tidy, clean, and comfortable as well. It’s good value for the area, in my opinion, with comfort and quality service alongside a handy location. On Barbaros Boulevard, it’s easy to get to Beşiktaş center, Zincirlikuyu, public transport, and many of Istanbul’s well-known historic and tourist spots. I’d recommend it for sightseeing or a business trip, and would happily stay here.

Mustafa deserves a special mention. He was kind, professional, and always ready to help, and his care made me feel welcome and made the stay better. The facilities were clean, well kept, and nice to look at, with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. I was here for six days and had a smooth, enjoyable visit. I’d recommend the hotel and would gladly come back.

We’re in Istanbul often and really loved our stay at Cheya Besiktas. Breakfast is a must for us when choosing a hotel, and the selection here was very good. The staff were a pleasure to deal with, especially Oksana. She speaks Russian very well and shows so much care for the guests each morning. We love Oksana. The location is handy too, about a 10-minute walk to the metro and close to water transport for getting around Istanbul. We’ll be back.

Everything was clean and well organized, and the staff were both professional and kind. Oxana was especially welcoming and helpful during our stay, and I’m grateful for her warmth. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
