Very friendly staff, and the hotel is quaint, right by the Black Sea beach. The traditional Turkish food restaurant was delicious, especially the lamb and beef. There are two restaurants, one for seafood, which I didn't try, and the other for traditional dishes. It's about half an hour from Istambul International Airport if your transport takes the freeway, which has a toll. There are several transport companies to hire. Ask them to use the freeway, because if they take local streets to save money, the trip may take more than an hour.

The view is amazing, and the location is good for visiting the beaches. Breakfast buffet is good, the staff are helpful, and the rooms come with free bottled water. Housekeeping doesn't happen daily unless you request it. The WiFi cuts out now and then. The AC units are fairly weak and don't get ice cold.

For 700 TL, you can find somewhere much better. This was the worst hotel I've ever slept in, and the price was far too high for such poor conditions. Our room was cramped, barely large enough to open a suitcase, dirty, and badly damaged. The carpet was stained, the walls shabby, and the bathroom had mold, broken tiles, and a broken shower. There weren't any towels, and we couldn't communicate with the staff because they didn't speak English. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The view was amazing, and the location is beautiful. That's where the good parts ended for me. Our room, the elevator, and even the floor all smelled like sewage. It was really disgusting, and everything felt dated and worn out. Too bad, because the view alone would have earned four stars, while the hotel gets two from me.

The rooms were clean and had a wonderful sea view, and I thought the hotel was good value. The main dish was good, but the restaurant brought us very old mezes instead of just saying there were no fresh snacks available. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant also felt overpriced to me. Apart from the food, everything was great, so that's the only reason I'd give it 4 out of 5.
