I stayed in the upper floor apartment with a balcony, and it was one of my worst experiences in Istanbul. The bathroom was almost impossible to use because of the terrible smell. The place was so small that even two people struggled to move around, and the staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. What bothered me most was leaving my vision glasses behind. I contacted the host and asked them to give them back, offering to return to the apartment, their office, or another place in Istanbul. I wasn't even asking them to send them, but they blocked me. There are much better places to stay in this city. Don't waste your money here.

The room was clean and had a pleasant feel, with sunlight coming in through the windows and hot water in the tub. The owner was really lovely and spoke fluent English, which made the stay enjoyable. I’d happily come back. Thanks!
