The room had a luxurious feel but also seemed deeply authentic, almost like being transported to another era in Istanbul. Its design and attention to detail made the stay special. The view was breathtaking, and the hotel felt elegant and serene from the start. Staff were warm, professional and attentive without intruding. Breakfast was served in a bright dining room with a modern, thoughtful design. There was a strong selection for vegetarians, people with diabetes and those eating healthily. The fruit was especially fresh and flavorful. The spa was a real highlight too. The massages were careful and expertly done, leaving me deeply relaxed and renewed. The hotel was impeccably clean throughout, especially in the spa and wellness areas. It was an unforgettable experience.

Zeki at Concierge seemed to know everything and anticipate what we'd need. Ayse in the restaurant was warm, welcoming and attentive, and Mesut at Front Office was thoughtful and professional. The whole staff made us feel cared for in a way I've never experienced before. The grounds, pool, spa and restaurants were all amazing. This gorgeous hotel feels five star in every way, and is one of the best I've ever visited. I loved every second and can't wait to come back to this luxurious palace hotel.

We stayed in the historic palace section, which made the trip feel especially unique. Our room had a stunning view to wake up to each morning, absolutely breathtaking. Our room was in a separate building rather than inside the palace, which was disappointing and took away from the palace experience. The gym was a bit small, but functional. The spa and other facilities were great, relaxing and well maintained. There are only two restaurants inside the palace, but service was top notch, with attentive, professional staff. Special thanks to Didem, who was excellent and made things feel warmer and more personal.
